About The Position

SANCORP is seeking a Program Manager in support of Personnel Security Support Services within the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency. The Program Manager will be responsible for all aspects of daily contract execution and management. This includes overseeing program management office operations, securing resources (including staffing) to meet contract demands, and ensuring timely responses to tasking requirements. The role is accountable for fulfilling all technical, financial, and contractual obligations of the contract, guaranteeing that all contract requirements are met. Sancorp Consulting LLC shall, in its discretion, modify or adjust the position to meet Sancorp’s changing needs. This job description is not a contract and may be adjusted as deemed appropriate at Sancorp’s sole discretion.

Requirements

  • Must possess a minimum of three (3) years of experience in personnel security clearance processes.
  • Must possess a minimum of three (3) years of experience managing a staff of 40+ personnel.
  • Must demonstrate a strong ability to multi-task by accurately and efficiently performing in all areas concerning performance reporting, personnel duty scheduling, personnel recruiting and retention, etc.
  • Must possess the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Must possess experience in contract management, process optimization, and risk mitigation.
  • Must possess a working knowledge of National Security Databases and other applications including DISS, NBIS eApp, DCII, DEIDS, Department of Public Safety (DPS), U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), CVS, Suitability/Security Investigations Index (SII), and Personnel Investigations Processing System (PIPS) personnel security applications/systems.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must possess a TS/SCI security clearance.
