Requirements

  • Must be in office 5 days a week in our Bethesda location.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with DHS (Dept of Homeland Security).

Responsibilities

  • Administering and managing personnel security programs to ensure compliance with U.S. Government security requirements, federal regulations, and company policies.
  • Supporting the processing, adjudication, and maintenance of security clearances for employees, contractors, and consultants while safeguarding classified and sensitive information.
  • Process and manage personnel security clearances, including initial investigations, periodic reinvestigations, upgrades, and reciprocity requests.
  • Prepare, review, and submit security clearance documentation through government systems, including DISS, NBIS/eApp, and other applicable databases.
  • Conduct pre-employment security screening and verify eligibility for access to classified information.
  • Maintain accurate personnel security records and ensure compliance with applicable federal regulations and contract requirements.
  • Monitor clearance eligibility, expiration dates, and reinvestigation requirements.
  • Coordinate with government customers, Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), contracting officers, Facility Security Officers (FSOs), and Human Resources.
