Infoblox is seeking a People Program Manager to join their Integration Management Office within the Business Strategy group. This role is a 12-month contract position based in the Western US. The Program Manager will be responsible for leading the HR/people-side planning and execution for M&A integrations, focusing on Day 1 readiness, onboarding, and change management. This involves close collaboration with various departments including People Experience, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Legal, IT, and Finance to ensure that people-related integration activities are well-sequenced, tracked, and ready for execution at the close of a deal without introducing unnecessary risk prior to closing. The role requires managing the overall HR integration plan, tracking dependencies, coordinating status updates, and driving readiness across onboarding, systems, job mapping, and communications.
