About The Position

This is a high-impact, foundational role within the Brand Creative Studio, focusing on Global Brand Design for Netflix House. The Program Manager will serve as the connective tissue between the BCS studio and the physical 'House' locations (Dallas, KOP, Las Vegas). This role is crucial for ensuring the brand's vision is maintained throughout the execution of physical-to-digital touchpoints and for syncing Core Design and Production Design to deliver seamless guest experiences. The Program Manager will build the infrastructure that allows premium creative to scale across these complex environments.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years in Program Management, specifically within experiential, in-house brand or integrated agency environments.
  • Understanding of the unique constraints of designing for physical spaces (signage, wayfinding, OOH) while maintaining a digital-first mindset.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Figma and Airtable.
  • Ability to build a tracker that tells a story.
  • Ability to speak the language of a Brand Designer, a Production Artist, and a Venue Operations Lead with equal clarity.
  • Thrive in a "launch culture" and can pivot workflows quickly as site-specific requirements evolve.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end master workflow for all House-related workstreams (Vegas, Dallas, KOP).
  • Establish and lead the 10–14 week planning cycles for all major House campaigns and seasonal beats.
  • Manage the "Experience Swap" design sprints in partnership with Production, ensuring attraction refreshes are executed without a gap in brand quality.
  • Act as the primary steward for the House Design System, partnering with the Senior Manager of Design to translate conceptual vision into ATL and BTL assets.
  • Ensure the integrity of design components as systems scale across hundreds of in-venue touchpoints.
  • Ensure Production Design is embedded in the creative process from day one, integrating House execution into broader BCS design rituals.
  • Oversee the review and approval processes for Netflix House, ensuring the right stakeholders are involved.
  • Serve as the lead operational interface for Netflix House Business Leads.
  • Own the intake of all House briefs, vetting requests for clarity and routing them to appropriate teams.
  • Provide dedicated, day-to-day program management for complex, multi-layered workstreams (e.g., the Las Vegas House launch).
  • Proactively identify "Yellow Flags" in the production timeline, especially where physical venue construction or engineering dependencies impact design delivery.
