Program Manager, Learning Content Programs-NetSuite

Oracle•United States,
•$67,900 - $166,100

About The Position

Oracle NetSuite Customer Education creates video-first learning experiences that help customers use products effectively and realize greater value. The Program Manager owns learning content programs from intake and scoping through production, review, publication, and post-release evaluation. The role coordinates instructional designers, learning strategists, curriculum program leads, subject matter experts, multimedia and editorial teams, analytics, in-application learning, and go-to-market stakeholders to deliver programs on schedule and enable customers to learn from published content. The position requires managing multiple concurrent production workstreams, translating leadership direction and subject matter input into actionable briefs, and directing subject matter experts through remote recording. It also establishes scalable production processes, documentation, standards, and reporting to maintain quality as volume grows. Hands-on editing is occasional, mainly to prototype formats or set standards, rather than a core responsibility. The role has no direct reports and may coordinate the activities of other personnel. It is open in the United States and Canada, with a strong preference for candidates in Austin, Texas, or Nashville, Tennessee. Travel is 10% of the time, and the role requires availability during United States business hours.

Requirements

  • Five or more years of experience managing content, video, or multimedia programs, with accountability for scope, schedule, and delivery across multiple contributors.
  • Experience facilitating working sessions with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts and documenting direction, decisions, and next steps.
  • Experience planning schedules for multiple concurrent programs and managing cross-functional dependencies.
  • Demonstrated experience building and documenting repeatable production processes, including standard operating procedures, templates, review gates, and quality standards.
  • Experience directing non-professional on-camera talent remotely and coaching subject matter experts toward natural, credible delivery.
  • Ability to turn dense technical or written source material into a clear instructional sequence with a stated learner outcome.
  • Practical experience using AI-assisted tools in content and video workflows, such as rough assembly, transcript cleanup, audio repair, captioning, assisted animation, upscaling, prompt libraries, or other repetitive production tasks.
  • Working proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects sufficient to set production standards, review work, and prototype formats.
  • Sound judgment about instructional structure, including defining a clear learner outcome and ensuring each minute of runtime has a purpose.
  • Familiarity with timestamped video review platforms and project intake and tracking tools.
  • Professional written and spoken English; the role produces English-language video content.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple concurrent programs, respond constructively to feedback, and meet deadlines during United States business hours.
  • Bachelor's degree in education, learning and development, communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Own learning content programs from intake and scoping through production, review, publication, and post-release review.
  • Identify, prioritize, and execute a portfolio of learning content initiatives, directing schedules for multiple concurrent programs.
  • Partner with global cross-functional teams to capture program requirements and manage dependencies and organizational priorities to optimize the critical path.
  • Facilitate intake and scoping sessions and document learning objectives, modality, audience, success measures, and deliverable owners.
  • Translate leadership direction and subject matter input into production briefs covering learning objectives, outlines, script direction, capture requirements, and review checkpoints.
  • Prepare product and industry experts for capture and direct remote recording sessions, coaching them toward natural on-camera delivery.
  • Review long recordings, transcripts, and technical source material to identify a teaching sequence and create production-ready outlines.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, assign owners, follow up on mitigation plans, and escalate issues as needed through program closure.
  • Influence internal and external teams to prioritize work and coordinate timestamped feedback, revision rounds, status, review, and sign-off across partner teams.
  • Establish scalable frameworks, processes, tooling, project management practices, and documentation for end-to-end program delivery.
  • Write and maintain standard operating procedures, production and brand standards, review checkpoints, and reusable templates.
  • Maintain consistent program reporting, run standups and sprint planning for owned programs, and regularly report status to stakeholders.
  • Manage and analyze program budgets, including spend, forecasts, per-program costs, and historical trends; forecast production capacity against the roadmap and surface resource conflicts.
  • Map how instructional assets, courses, and supporting materials connect across the learning platform and approved public-facing learning channels, providing learners with clear next steps.
  • Conduct post-release reviews with analytics partners and apply findings to future programs.
