About The Position

Semper Valens Solutions is seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager, Lead to provide subject matter proficiency for the work described in the task. This full-time, on-site position is located at Fort Belvoir, Virginia, and is contingent upon award. The role requires an active Top Secret clearance. The Program Manager analyzes complex project problems and develops innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, and technology. The position manages multiple tasks and locations, takes responsibility for project results, resolves issues throughout the project life cycle, and leads and motivates team members. It also plans and leads major technology assignments and serves as a technical expert across multiple projects.

Requirements

Must possess an active Top Secret clearance.
Knowledge of ITIL processes.
Knowledge of price/cost development methodology.
Knowledge of organizational structure management.

Responsibilities

Serve as the Government's point of contact.
Provide technical supervision and guidance.
Manage contractual responsibilities and task order performance, including subcontracts.
Oversee deliverables.
Coordinate with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) on staffing.
Interface monthly with the Government Program Manager.
Manage project scope, budget, and schedule.
Develop the Program Management Plan (PMP).
Analyze new and complex project problems and create innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, and technology.
Manage day-to-day activities across multiple tasks and locations and assume responsibility for project results.
Mediate between stakeholders and team members, resolve issues, and solve problems throughout the project life cycle.
Lead, coach, and motivate team members.
Make decisions based on business needs.
Plan and lead major technology assignments and function as a technical expert across multiple projects.
Supervise others.
