Cost Analyst, Lead -- SETA
About The Position
Semper Valens Solutions is seeking an experienced Cost Analyst, Lead to provide subject matter proficiency for the work described in the task. The role supports program cost estimation and analysis, including preparing Program Office Estimates for RDPs; participating in JCIDS IT Box working groups on lifecycle cost; preparing cost estimates for acquisition strategies and solicitations; and preparing cost analyses such as BBP, BCA, CBA, and AA. The analyst coordinates with DASA-CE and CPE ISW Cost Teams, provides quick-turn responses to contracting offices, and uses the PM Cyber Warfare BMD SharePoint portal. The position is full-time and on-site in Fort Belvoir, Virginia, requires an active Top Secret clearance, and is contingent upon award.
Requirements
- Must possess an active Top Secret clearance.
- Experience in cost estimation and analysis.
- Knowledge of SPAR and POM submissions.
- Familiarity with lifecycle cost modeling.
- Experience with cost-benefit analysis methodologies.
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools.
- Comprehensive knowledge across key tasks.
Responsibilities

- Prepare cost estimates for acquisition strategies and solicitations.
- Prepare cost analyses, including BBP, BCA, CBA, and AA.

- Plan, organize, and conduct research in a variety of areas.
- Apply rigorous scientific inquiry to complex problems and systematically examine and develop alternatives.
- Provide decision makers with sound scientific and quantitative information.
- Work across disciplinary boundaries and develop multidisciplinary solutions to complex problems.
- Apply expert subject matter knowledge to high-level analysis, collection, assessment, design, development, modeling, and simulation.
- Resolve problems requiring expert intimate knowledge and apply principles and methods to specialized solutions.
