About The Position

Semper Valens Solutions is seeking a skilled and experienced Acquisition/Contracts Management, Lead to provide subject matter proficiency for the work described in the task. The position provides cyber-focused acquisition support and requires expertise in FAR-based procurements, acquisition planning, applicable regulations and policies, and rapid contracting methodologies. The role plans and leads major assignments, serves as a technical expert across multiple projects, coordinates with contractor management and the government Program Manager, and supervises others. The position is full-time and on-site in Fort Belvoir, Virginia, requires an active Top Secret clearance, and is contingent upon award.

Requirements

Must possess an active Top Secret clearance.
Possess in-depth knowledge of a specialized area.
Provide technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications.
Perform high-level functional systems analysis, design, and integration.
Address exceptionally complex problems requiring extensive knowledge.
Provide expert advice in state-of-the-art areas.
Have comprehensive knowledge across key tasks.
Knowledge of DoDD 5000.01 and DoDI 5000.02.
Experience with the JCIDS IT Box Model.

Responsibilities

Provide the full range of cyber-focused acquisition support.
Plan, research, and execute FAR-based procurements, IDIQs, and OTAs.
Conduct market research.
Develop acquisition requirements packages (ARPs), including strategies, plans, PWS, and QASP.
Interpret FAR, AFARS, DFARS, and CPE ISW policies.
Support acquisition milestone documentation.
Develop acquisition strategies.
Apply rapid contracting methodologies.
Interpret regulatory and legal requirements.
Coordinate with contractor management and the government Program Manager.
Plan and lead major assignments.
Function as a technical expert across multiple projects.
Supervise others.
