About The Position

Semper Valens Solutions is seeking an experienced Acquisition/Contracts Management, Lead to provide subject matter proficiency for the work described in the task. The position provides cyber-focused acquisition support and involves planning and executing procurements, developing acquisition strategies and documentation, and advising on applicable regulations and policies. The position is full-time and on-site at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. It is contingent upon award and requires an active Top Secret clearance.

Requirements

Possess in-depth knowledge of the specialized area.
Provide technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications.
Have comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and the ability to address exceptionally complex problems requiring extensive knowledge.
Possess an active Top Secret clearance.
Demonstrate proficiency in rapid contracting methodologies.
Have knowledge of DoDD 5000.01 and DoDI 5000.02.
Have experience with the JCIDS IT Box Model.
Be able to interpret regulatory and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

Plan, research, and execute FAR-based procurements, including IDIQs and OTAs.
Conduct market research.
Develop acquisition requirements packages (ARPs), including strategies, plans, PWSs, and QASPs.
Interpret FAR, AFARS, DFARS, and CPE ISW policies.
Support acquisition milestone documentation.
Develop acquisition strategies.
Provide expert advice and specialized technical knowledge and analysis.
Perform high-level functional systems analysis, design, and integration.
Coordinate with contractor management and the government Program Manager.
Plan and lead major assignments, serve as a technical expert across multiple projects, and supervise others.
