About The Position

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Significant experience leading large-scale programs, projects, or business initiatives with responsibility for financial management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional leadership.
Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems, influence stakeholders, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively with a high degree of autonomy.

Responsibilities

Lead the execution of large-scale programs and initiatives, ensuring activities are delivered in alignment with approved plans, timelines, budgets, and strategic business objectives.
Develop and implement advanced financial strategies, including program budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and cost optimization to maximize return on investment and drive financial efficiency.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, subcontractors, and industry partners while executing comprehensive communication and engagement strategies.
Utilize advanced data analysis and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making, identify program risks and opportunities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to program teams, fostering a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, accountability, quality, and operational excellence.
