About The Position
Responsible for the evaluation and improvement of quality programs through facilitation and support of the annual strategic planning process for the program, achievement of growth goals for the program, and shared accountability for the achievement of quality, service, and financial performance goals for the program.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8 years recent relevant experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of strategic planning, including group facilitation and plan development.
- Knowledge and understanding of business plan development, including qualitative and quantitative research and analysis.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact with a wide variety of internal and external customers, including patients, physicians, payors.
