About The Position

Summit Federal Services, LLC (SFS) is seeking a Program Manager to provide support to the CBL Battle Lab Facility located at Fort Gordon, GA. This role is crucial for supporting the CBL mission, which involves dynamic network experimentation integrated with various cyber warfare domains (CO, DODIN-A, EW, IA) through the Cyber Battle Lab’s Experimentation Branch (EB), Environments Support Branch (ESB), and the Army Persistent Experimentation eNvironment (APEN) Cyber Enterprise Service Center (CESC). The contract requires support in the form of experiments, assessments, analyses, and network support to validate new technical solutions for capability gaps within the CO, EW, Network, and IA force modernization lines of effort. The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact, supervising and coordinating work schedules, resolving issues, and handling administrative tasks. Familiarity with all contract duties and qualifications is essential.

Requirements

At least ten years management experience or equivalent on similar government contracts.
Active Project Management Professional (PMP) training at a minimum.
Possess a Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.

Nice To Haves

PMO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the key point of contact for the effort.
Supervise contractor employees.
Coordinate work schedules and assignments of contractor employees.
Resolve minor concerns and issues.
Complete administrative tasks associated with the contract.
Ensure all deliverables described in the PWS are delivered on time.
Provide analysis of project requirements and accurate cost estimates.
Provide project coordination and process improvements through the Quality Control Plan.
Provide and gather required information to assist with coordination support efforts.
Be proficient in conflict resolution.
Be able to communicate orally and written with COR.
