About The Position

Responsible for running complex programs and projects, including tasks involving design, development, and production. The role involves managing project objectives, requirements, and constraints such as cost, time, scope, and quality. Regular and predictable attendance is required. The position is considered onsite; after six months of employment, employees may have the opportunity to apply for a hybrid schedule, subject to job responsibilities, operational needs, supervisor approval, and Dallas College policy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Seven years of related experience in the subject matter identified by the college location.
• Ability to interact effectively with individuals within the Dallas College community network.
• Ability to provide quality customer service.
• Official transcripts are required.
• Subject to a criminal background check; some positions may also be subject to a fingerprint check.

• Bilingual ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create clear and attainable project objectives, build project requirements, and manage project constraints involving cost, time, scope, and quality.
• Complete required Dallas College Professional Development training hours per academic year.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
