As a Program Manager II, you will contribute to projects designed to recruit and retain caregivers across our teams. In this role, you will report to the Senior Director and provide support to the Pediatric Cardiology and Integrative Surgical Care divisions within Children’s Hospital Rehab. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to work on growth-focused projects while receiving mentorship, guidance, and access to a wide range of professional development resources. You will also gain broad exposure to multiple departments across the institute, helping to launch an exciting career path in administration and program management. Caregivers in this position work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. After 90 days, the role may offer a hybrid schedule with 0–2 remote workdays per week, depending on departmental needs and meeting schedules. Please note that remote work is not guaranteed and is subject to change based on operational requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field and three years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems OR Associate’s degree and five years experience, OR Master’s degree and two years experience
  • Demonstrated team, leadership, organizational and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities.

  • Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
  • Allocate time to meet completion requirements.
  • Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
  • Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
