The Program Manager will lead day-to-day delivery of the state's Home Efficiency Rebates (HOMES) and Home Electrification and Appliance Rebates (HEEHR) programs on behalf of Egis, the third-party administrator engaged by the Ohio Office of Community Development to stand up and operate the programs. This role owns execution against the firm's scope of work (SOW) and contract deliverables to the state — including contractor network management, applicant processing, rebate disbursement operations, subcontractor/vendor oversight, and client reporting. The Program Manager is the firm's primary operational point of contact with the State Energy Office's program staff and is accountable for hitting contracted performance metrics, deliverable deadlines, and budget/staffing plans. This is a client-facing delivery role on a fixed-scope, federally funded implementation contract. Performance directly affects the firm's contract standing, renewal prospects, and reputation with the state client.
