The Program Manager will lead the day-to-day delivery of the state's Home Efficiency Rebates (HOMES) and Home Electrification and Appliance Rebates (HEEHR) programs on behalf of Egis, the third-party administrator engaged by the Ohio Office of Community Development. This role is responsible for executing the firm's scope of work (SOW) and contract deliverables to the state, which includes managing the contractor network, processing applications, disbursing rebates, overseeing subcontractors/vendors, and client reporting. The Program Manager serves as the primary operational point of contact with the State Energy Office's program staff and is accountable for meeting contracted performance metrics, deliverable deadlines, and budget/staffing plans. This is a client-facing delivery role on a fixed-scope, federally funded implementation contract where performance directly impacts the firm's contract standing, renewal prospects, and reputation with the state client.
