The Program Manager, Global Onboarding designs, delivers, and improves 11:11’s global new hire onboarding experience so employees ramp quickly, feel connected, and understand how their work supports company strategy. This role owns scalable onboarding programs, tools, and communications across regions; partners closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, People Operations, IT, and business leaders; and develops BU- and team-specific onboarding success plans such as 30/60/90-day plans, role-based learning paths, and stakeholder maps. This is a full-time remote U.S.-based role reporting to the Sr Manager, Talent & People Operations.
