About The Position

The Arc of San Diego is seeking a dedicated Program Manager to lead Employment Services programs that support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving meaningful employment and greater independence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Services, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
• 3+ years of supervisory and program management experience.
• Strong leadership, case management, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• DOR/SDRC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of assigned employment programs.
• Supervise, coach, and develop Case Managers and Job Coaches.
• Ensure high-quality, person-centered services and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee client case management, support plans, documentation, and program outcomes.
• Build partnerships with families, employers, funding agencies, and community stakeholders.
• Manage staffing, reporting, budgets, and service delivery performance.
