Requirements

  • Associates degree & one (1) year of direct care experience OR high school diploma & two (2) years direct care experience
  • One (1) year of administration experience, Quickbooks experience is a plus
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other computer software programs
  • Possess a valid driver’s license in the U.S. for at least two (2) years, not counting time on a learner’s permit, with a good driving record
  • Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings which include: a background check, drug screening, physical/ergonomic testing, and a math & reading comprehension test
  • Physically fit to lift and transfer at least 50 pounds
  • Ability to provide direct care and implement proper restraint techniques to ensure the health and safety of the persons served

  • Quickbooks experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Must be capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks in the face of competing demands.

  • Ability to maintain sensitivity to differences in culture and community standards in carrying out responsibilities.
  • Develop weekly schedules for coaches.
  • Ensures all monthly required paperwork is processed timely.
  • Monitors employee training requirements and ensures trainings are completed.
  • Talk with staff to ensure proper accommodation and needs for the people we support.
  • Monitor Caretracker and Attendance ensuring information is accurate for billing purposes.
  • Assist with the billing process of approving attendance.
  • Complete weekly and monthly billing for DORS, including billing for pre-ets, summer WBLE, year-round WBLE and cash on hand billing.
  • Assists in training and orientation of new hires as needed.
  • Coordination of staffing, resources, person supported schedules, staff schedules, transportation, self-employment, onboarding of new staff, and other logistics.
  • Monitors the employment services on call phone, as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
