About The Position

The Electronic Attack Solutions Capture Team Leader champions new capability introductions at the pace of mission need. This position works in harmony with executing Contracted Research and Development (CRAD) projects focused on next-generation capabilities. The goal of that collaboration is force multiplication. The successful candidate will build and execute capture strategies that draw on technology and expertise internally and from across industry, shape internal investments, and partner with the CRAD team to ensure alignment with customer objectives. In short, you will be the programmatic architect of next generation capabilities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
8 + years of progressive capture, business development, or program management experience in defense aerospace.
Direct exposure with electronic warfare is highly desirable.
Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance (or existing clearance).
Capture planning and strategy development
Competitive analysis
Persuasive written and oral communication (proposal writing, briefings)
Relationship building with government, industry, and internal stakeholders
Strong business acumen
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence without direct authority, and drive decisions in a fast-moving environment.

Nice To Haves

Advanced degree preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Active TS/SCI/SAP clearance
