About The Position

The Program Manager - Components Transformation will be a key part of the Components Central Operations (CCO) team, collaborating with business leaders in Components, IT partners, Supply Chain Transformation, and the larger Supply Chain Organization. This role involves setting supply chain strategies, crafting and driving target business architecture, and enabling/scaling operation activities through detailed program execution. The Program Manager will lead the Logistics/Tax/Customs, Fulfillment, and Order Management execution for Components, coordinating program initiation, monitoring progress and schedules, communicating with partners, implementing according to the PMO framework, and developing portfolio status reports.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Portfolio & Program Management
  • Logistics/Tax/Customs, Fulfillment, Order Management
  • Industry experience with Semiconductor or Manufacturing industry

  • Experience in various Program Execution Methodologies (Agile & Waterfall)

Responsibilities

  • Managing end to end Components Logistics/Tax/Customs, Fulfillment, Order Management portfolio by ensuring execution and reporting out in high-value meeting cadences with interested parties
  • Leading change initiatives, effectively communicating changes, addressing concerns, and ensuring smooth transitions
  • Oversee Components programs, focusing on scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables, coordinating resources, and monitoring progress to ensure successful execution and delivery
  • Manage communication plan including setting expectations, internal and external communications
  • Align with both technical and business teams to drive improvement to processes and procedures
  • Develop performance metrics, monitor key performance indicators and generate reports to effectively track progress, evaluate outcomes, and make informed decisions based on data
