Program Manager, Community Engagement
About The Position
In partnership with local communities, the Moreau Center for Service and Justice ( MCSJ ) Program Manager of Community Engagement develops and facilitates opportunities to support student engagement in issues of critical human and environmental concerns through active learning, mutually-beneficial service opportunities, and experience-based opportunities rooted in Catholic social teaching. This position will support the advancement of MCSJ local service opportunities and community engagement for students, ensuring engagement is implemented through a place-based community engagement lens that effectively meets student interests, community partner goals, and strategic campus initiatives. The Program Manager for Community Engagement will manage assigned programs, coordinate campus wide opportunities for service, participate in local immersions, and serve as an advisor for students in MCSJ leadership positions. This position reports to the Director of the Moreau Center for Service and Justice.
