About The Position

Easterseals MORC is seeking a Program Manager for Case Management Adult Services. This role is for individuals who are passionate about helping others and making a difference in the lives of those they serve. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related human services field.
  • Current Michigan LMSW, LPC, LLP, or Licensed Psychologist credential required.
  • Minimum five (5) years of clinical, therapeutic, or case management experience, including two (2) years of supervisory experience in a behavioral health setting.
  • Experience serving individuals with mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders.
  • Knowledge of person-centered planning, crisis intervention, recovery-oriented practices, and evidence-based behavioral health services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversight for assigned behavioral health programs, ensuring quality service delivery and compliance with agency, contractual, licensing, and accreditation standards.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop clinical staff through regular supervision, performance management, case reviews, and professional development opportunities.
  • Support staff in delivering person-centered, strength-based, trauma-informed, and evidence-based services for individuals with mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders.
  • Facilitate team meetings, monitor program outcomes, and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance service effectiveness and individual outcomes.
  • Authorize medically necessary services and ensure compliance with treatment planning, documentation, and service delivery requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, community partners, advocacy groups, and service providers to coordinate care and connect individuals to needed resources.
  • Promote the use of Motivational Interviewing, recovery-oriented practices, and other evidence-based interventions throughout service delivery.
  • Manage staffing functions including hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, coaching, corrective action, and employee development.
  • Maintain knowledge of behavioral health best practices, trauma-informed care, and community resources to support individuals and families.
  • Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and security of all organizational and client information.
