The HIV Practice Transformation Lead coordinates the Southeast AIDS Education and Training Center’s (SE AETC) Practice Transformation (PT) Program. This initiative aims to build the capacity of at least 16 clinics annually across eight states to deliver high-quality HIV prevention and care services. The role involves strategic leadership, clinical mentorship, and project management to support clinics in implementing sustainable improvements across the HIV Care Continuum. The PT Lead is responsible for overseeing both administrative and clinical aspects of the PT program, driving quality improvement, coordinating training initiatives, and fostering interprofessional collaboration to enhance HIV prevention, testing, linkage to care, and treatment outcomes. This job is hybrid, with consideration given to remote candidates. This role requires up to 25% travel. Knowledge of HIV prevention, care, and treatment is preferred. Experience with clinic flow and implementation projects is a plus. The Southeast AIDS Education and Training Center (SE AETC) is one of eight regional AETCs across the country, encompassing Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. The SE AETC offers comprehensive, collaborative educational opportunities designed to increase the size and strength of the HIV clinical workforce, improve outcomes along the HIV Care Continuum, and reduce the number of new HIV infections.
