Help shape the future of HIV care across New York State. Every clinic that delivers HIV care in New York is working toward the same goal: better outcomes for the people they serve. As an AIDS Program Manager I, you'll be at the center of that effort — driving the quality improvement work that helps medical providers statewide raise the standard of care for people living with HIV. Sitting within the Office of Quality Initiatives, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of the Quality of Care (QOC) Program. You'll help to turn quality improvement from an abstract goal into real, measurable change at the clinic level. As an AIDS Program Manager I, you'll join the Office of Grants, Data Management and Quality, a team dedicated to making sure that the resources and standards behind HIV care actually translate into better lives for people with HIV. The incumbent will manage and oversee program planning, design and implementation, quality standards, evaluation, and quality improvement activities across HIV clinics and within the AIDS Institute. Responsibilities will also include the supervision of quality consultant(s) and monitoring of HIV clinic quality management programs to ensure optimal support of high-quality healthcare for people with HIV across New York State; and performing other related duties.
