About The Position

The Specialized Program Manager designs and oversees clinical programs, with the guidance of a Behavior Analyst, in specialized regions where funding sources and business needs permit. This position is primarily responsible for developing intervention plans, tracking and analyzing client progress, and writing progress reports. Additional duties may include direct intervention, clinical assessments, parent education and consultation, and staff training. This position is uniquely created to serve where 80% or greater of the region’s funding sources permit the education and experience qualifications listed below and the VP of Clinical Services and Chief of Clinical Operations have deemed there to be a legitimate business need.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in or completed Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program, required
  • At least 12 ABA graduate units completed (in a master’s or ABA certificate program) if you haven't completed the program yet.
  • Experience working with software solutions for data collection and programming
  • 2-3 years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Subject to fingerprinting, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR/ VZV during our onboarding, which we will pay for

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and evaluate client programs, provide parent education, conduct assessments, and solve problems to ensure continuous client progress under the guidance of a BCBA.
  • Collect fidelity and IOA data, maintain client files, and prepare assessments, progress reports, and treatment plans.
  • Work closely with parents, staff, and interdisciplinary partners; attend IEPs, staff meetings, and trainings.
  • Motivate and mentor behavior technicians, helping them learn, grow professionally, and implement treatment plans effectively.
  • Balance direct intervention with supervisory responsibilities, embrace new challenges, prioritize tasks effectively, and remain flexible to manage a dynamic caseload.
