About The Position
Assumes the primary caretaker role for patients in CSC ABA programs (Behavior Disorders Clinic and Autism Services) which includes delivering therapy protocols, maintaining a safe environment, and the management of harmful behaviors. The Program Specialist I also participates in data collection, training, and team collaboration.
Requirements
- High school Diploma
- Heartsaver CPR and CSC SCM training must be completed within 60 days of start date
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification is required within 6 months of start date
Nice To Haves
- Experience in ABA therapy settings or special education settings
- Pediatric experience
