Program Manager 2

DePaul•Buffalo, NY
•$27 - $28

About The Position

The Program Manager 2 (PM2) oversees DePaul’s designated Supportive Housing site, managing program operations to ensure quality care for tenants, effective staff supervision, and completion of required reporting. The PM2 markets the program, builds and maintains relationships with referral agencies, and speaks knowledgeably about community units. The role offers applicants guidance on financial applications and recertifications and leads social activities for program and community tenants. The PM2 represents DePaul to the DOH, HHAP, the Office of the Ageing, and the CoC. The position fosters teamwork across program and property duties so the site operates to DePaul standards. Because the site is geographically distant from DePaul’s administrative offices, the Program Manager must work independently. The position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
