About The Position

Translation is seeking talented Program Managers to join their Translation+ bench. Program Managers bring structure, clarity, and operational rigor to multi-workstream projects, collaborating with internal teams and delivering to clients. Their responsibilities include scoping, scheduling, resource coordination, workflow management, and ensuring cross-functional alignment, keeping stakeholders informed and accountable. They are essential for ensuring projects are completed effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Experience in program management within creative agencies.
  • Ability to keep creative and strategy teams in sync.
  • Skill in turning chaos into a clear plan.
  • Understanding of how creative agencies work and how to improve their operations.
  • Ability to manage complex, fast-moving work.
  • Experience with multi-workstream projects.
