About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) has an exciting opportunity for a Supplier Program Manager to Support the team in Hazelwood, MO. This role provides technical and business guidance to integrate strategic supply chain activities, leads stakeholder relationships and performance throughout all contract phases, and conducts and guides supplier assessments. The position involves developing current and projected work statements, leading and establishing the basis for recovery, corrective and preventative action plans, communicating supplier and organization performance plans, risks, issues, and opportunities to stakeholders, and developing and executing work movement plans.

Requirements

  • Technical Bachelor's, or Master's. (A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study)
  • 5+ years of experience in program management within supplier management
  • 5+ years of experience working in Supply Chain Management, Finance or Program Management
  • 5+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of experience creating, interpreting and/or enforcing technical requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance
  • 5+ years of experience in root cause analysis and Corrective action
