About The Position

Join our Training team as a Supplier Program Analyst, where you will play a key role in supporting and optimizing supplier programs critical to maritime and naval projects. Fleetway is driving the integration of combat and platform systems to support the sailors who will join the River-class Destroyer (RCD) fleet, and strong supplier performance is foundational to that success. In this role, you will use data, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to monitor supplier performance, manage risks, and support continuous improvement across the supply base. Your work will help ensure suppliers meet technical, quality, schedule, and contractual requirements, while enabling efficient, transparent, and accountable program delivery.

Requirements

  • Must meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP)
  • Must meet requirements for Canadian Government Security Clearance
