About The Position

You will be the Program Management Senior – Level 3 for the Classified Program Management Office which is responsible for end‑to‑end planning, execution, strategy, and management of a high‑impact classified program. As the Program Management Senior – Level 3 you will be responsible for leading the program through all phases, building trusted customer relationships, and ensuring flawless delivery against contract requirements.

Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
Project Management or Program Integration Experience
Active Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

Develop and nurture customer relationships, identifying and pursuing additional Lockheed Martin business opportunities.
Serve as the primary interface with government, contractor leadership, and functional organizations, representing the effort at the highest level.
Lead enterprise‑wide planning and execution strategy, coordinating contracts across a broader portfolio and establishing milestones.
Own new‑business initiatives—including proposals and change recommendations—and drive them to successful outcomes.
Monitor master schedules, integrate external timelines, apply risk‑management techniques, and ensure on‑time delivery of products and services.
