About The Position

ADP is seeking a highly motivated and talented Project Management & Planning Operations Rep Sr to join the Fighter Improvements & Derivatives (I&D) team as the Portfolio Integrator. The roles and responsibilities include: Monitor budgets and financials generating metrics for monthly tracking. Track and monitor adherence to portfolio milestones. Support the portfolio leadership team in providing business rhythm required artifacts and briefs. Interface across multiple aircraft platforms, engineering, facilities and IT to ensure program success. The successful candidate will have experience with and/or knowledge of project management, strong communication skills, and the aerospace industry.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college, or combined equivalent experience/education.
Experience with Finance & Business Operations processes and products
Experience in business management, finance, supply chain, engineering and or program management
Experience planning and driving projects to timely completion
Active Secret Clearance
Must be a US Citizen for consideration

Nice To Haves

Experience with government contracting, funding, or proposals
Experience leading and coordinating across functional and programmatic boundaries
