In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in DoD/IC program management, contract management, and financial management to provide critical support to Government Program Managers (GPMs) and help drive program success from planning through execution. As a Program Integrator Level 1, you'll be at the heart of national security program management, ensuring that critical missions are executed on time, within budget, and in alignment with performance baselines. Your analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex financial and program data will directly influence decision-making at the highest levels of government.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree with a business or technical focus.
  • In lieu of a degree: PMP certification, Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) certification, or DAWIA Level II in any focus area, plus 3 additional years of directly related experience (total of 7 years).
  • In lieu of certification: 2 additional years of directly related experience (total of 9 years).
  • 4+ years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD/IC program management, contract management, and/or financial management.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Government Program Managers (GPMs) and initiative leads with resource planning, tracking, and allocation.
  • Provide financial and summary reports on program elements, recommending funding adjustments for contract staffing, facilities, and budgets.
  • Support the production and tailoring of financial execution reports and program acquisition documentation.
  • Create and deliver comprehensive bi-weekly program management reports, including: Execution Reports, Cost Estimation Reports, Budget Overview Reports, Areas of Concern Reports, Contract Reports, Staffing Reports, Contract Action Readiness Reports.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to support program and initiative status reviews.
  • Assist program managers in tracking and developing key program documentation, including: Task Order Technical Overviews (TTOs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Program Management Plans (PMPs), Risk Management Plans and Acquisition Strategies.
  • Monitor program schedules, evaluate operational and technical alternatives, and support risk assessments.
  • Provide acquisition support by analyzing financial execution and projection reports from vendors.
  • Liaise with Government Contract Managers (GCMs) to address contract performance anomalies and concerns.
  • Analyze financial execution reports from Government Business Financial Managers (GBFMs) and develop program-specific recommendations for GPMs.
  • Support GPMs in ensuring execution within cost, schedule, and performance baselines using program management tools (e.g., Plan-It, MS Excel).
  • Attend contract reviews to assist GPMs with cost estimation and program outcome monitoring.
  • Analyze, track, and report program unfunded requirements in accordance with PEO policies and processes.
  • Develop actionable financial insights to support program decision-making.
  • Prepare point papers, briefing charts, spreadsheets, and other materials to support government program decision-making.
  • Perform advanced data analysis using MS Excel, including pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts, to present data clearly and effectively.
