Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program that requires an internship or field placement
• Motivated to grow into a leadership role within healthcare or operations

Responsibilities

• Build a strong understanding of healthcare compliance (HIPAA, OSHA, Joint Commission) and how it supports high-quality care
• Learn how to evaluate workflows and understand the connection between business decisions and clinical outcomes
• Practice communication, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution while supporting team collaboration
• Analyze workforce and operational data to identify trends and recommend improvements
• Take ownership of a meaningful project, solve a real organizational challenge, and present your recommendations to leadership
• Develop best practices for maintaining a safe and compliant work environment
• Participate in trainings, feedback sessions, and team meetings designed to accelerate your development
