About The Position

This job is responsible for overseeing programs and projects specific to corporate change initiatives that impact how the bank does business, provides a product or service, or executes a function. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary contact to executive management for critical change initiatives and defining scope and business impact of programs while communicating, influencing, and negotiating vertically and horizontally. Job expectations include delivering board level updates and materials on results aligned to program strategy, simplification, and new capabilities. This is a high-impact executive leadership role responsible for setting the vision, strategy and operating model for AI transformation across the RCO (Retail Credit Operations) business within Global Operations. You will lead a team at the center of the RCO AI portfolio, driving alignment from strategy through execution while ensuring measurable business outcomes at scale. This role requires a decisive, forward-looking leader who thrives in ambiguity, shapes direction with incomplete information, and mobilizes teams across complex environments. You will influence senior stakeholders, remove barriers, and ensure consistent momentum across a broad portfolio of AI initiatives. This is a build-and-scale leadership opportunity with significant visibility, offering the chance to shape how AI drives enterprise transformation across the RCO business.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to bring structure and clarity in ambiguity and contribute effectively in fast-moving environments
  • Strong experience supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeho
  • 10+ years in strategy, transformation, or execution-oriented roles
  • Experience with large enterprise change programs, including senior leadership forums
  • Experience in executive presentations
  • Exposure to AI initiatives at Bank of America, including governance, funding, execution, and performance and interdependencies
  • Ability to work effectively with business, technology, and functional partners and build strong working relationships across the team
  • Experience leading workforce transformation, operating model change, digital transformation or AI-related initiatives
  • Exceptional communication and executive storytelling skills
  • 10+ years in strategy, transformation, or execution-oriented roles
  • Experience with large enterprise change programs, including senior leadership forums
  • Experience in executive presentations

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the execution of defined project tasks through tracking of deliverables and their statuses, developing project plans, and measuring progress against ongoing key performance indicators
  • Influences timelines, helps to prioritize work amongst team to meet deadlines, and uses business judgment to tailor approaches and drive optimal business outcomes while managing external and reputational risk
  • Orchestrates and drives the successful and timely completion of programs to achieve business goals, including the identification and resolution of risks and issues which impact program delivery
  • Engages and drives relationships with business partners through strategic leadership, execution of key priorities, thoughtful challenge, and insightful analysis
  • Reviews investment strategies, applies an deep understanding of business cases, and the proposed work to articulate outcomes and benefits of the investments
  • Facilitates, coordinates, and arbitrates cross-functional macro level topics with key stakeholders, including senior management
  • Leads the adoption and sustainment of change and program initiatives and assesses adoption risks
