This job is responsible for overseeing programs and projects specific to corporate change initiatives that impact how the bank does business, provides a product or service, or executes a function. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary contact to executive management for critical change initiatives and defining scope and business impact of programs while communicating, influencing, and negotiating vertically and horizontally. Job expectations include delivering board level updates and materials on results aligned to program strategy, simplification, and new capabilities. This is a high-impact executive leadership role responsible for setting the vision, strategy and operating model for AI transformation across the RCO (Retail Credit Operations) business within Global Operations. You will lead a team at the center of the RCO AI portfolio, driving alignment from strategy through execution while ensuring measurable business outcomes at scale. This role requires a decisive, forward-looking leader who thrives in ambiguity, shapes direction with incomplete information, and mobilizes teams across complex environments. You will influence senior stakeholders, remove barriers, and ensure consistent momentum across a broad portfolio of AI initiatives.
