Program Management, Director

FlightSafety•Broken Arrow, OK

About The Position

The Director, Program Delivery (Execution) is accountable for integrated delivery and overall execution outcomes for highly complex, enterprise-level programs spanning multiple disciplines and lifecycle phases, including development, production, integration, and sustainment. The role serves as the single point of accountability for program-level integration and delivery outcomes, aligning execution with cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer requirements through coordination with functional organizations and Control Account Managers (CAMs) or equivalent delivery leads. The Director leads cross-functional integration across workstreams and promotes cohesive execution through structured program management practices. In partnership with the PMO Center of Excellence (CoE), the role supports adherence to established standards, governance, and Program Controls disciplines while maintaining a clear separation between program integration, functional execution, and controls ownership. The position also serves as the primary interface for executive stakeholders and customers on program execution, leads governance forums, and provides direction and mentorship to Program Managers and integration leads. Employment is contingent on required compliance reviews. The position may involve access to export-controlled technology or services and may require eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
