About The Position

Oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of functional business programs. Assists with the creation of the strategy for supporting and implementation roadmap for functional Programs. Manages teams that maintain and implement functional Programs; Creates an inclusive, engaging, and motivating work environment. Role models company values. Develops short and medium-term plans to successfully implement operational policies and achieve strategic objectives and results. Selects, develops, and evaluates PM Managers and/or Senior Individual Contributors to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Works closely with functional partners to develop effective partnership models for scoping and rolling out programs. Leads the execution of programs with rigor and precision. Develops new methods and tools to drive the repeatable realization of program goals. Develops change-management strategies by identifying key stakeholders, approaches, and communication plans for implementation of new processes, technology, and tools. Ensures timely and high-quality delivery across all programs to drive attainment of goals. Guides design and direction of the program components, while aiming at scalability and global reach. Drives customer-focused implementation by planning and designing improvements based upon customer feedback. Partners across the business and functional teams to understand needs and develop capabilities that drive success for the broader team. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
