This role is responsible for managing a team of program managers or a major account. The primary goal is to help achieve the company's objectives related to client retention, quality service delivery, client and BCD Travel profitability, preferred vendor maximization, and technology implementation. The Director will be accountable for the oversight and direction of the team, including performance and activity updates with stakeholders. They will ensure multi-level, strategic client relationships are established, support the development of client and department budgets, and lead the Account Management team in creating strategic client business plans. Additionally, the role involves exploring opportunities for client servicing relationship expansion and negotiating client contract terms.
