About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Program Management Consultant for an active RFP opportunity with the Region 4 Education Service Center (ESC). This role involves providing application maintenance, DevOps, QA, program support, and dedicated support team services for The Texas Education Exchange. The consultant will support program coordination, roadmap tracking, stakeholder alignment, reporting, documentation, vendor coordination, and governance for the Exchange support effort. This is an RFP-based role requiring a strong ability to work against proposal deadlines and client requirements, with a preference for experience in public-sector, enterprise, or consulting projects.

Responsibilities

• Support program coordination, roadmap tracking, stakeholder alignment, reporting, documentation, vendor coordination, and governance for the Exchange support effort.
• Review the RFP scope, source posting, supporting documents, deadline, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with FuntoNetwork and related consultants to support a complete, professional response.
• Prepare documentation, analysis, recommendations, deliverables, or technical inputs related to this role.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed.
• Support quality control, status updates, and final submission readiness.
