Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4 years of experience in the job offered or as a Web or Tool Developer, Data Analyst, IT/Data Project Manager, or in a related/similar position
  • 4 years in software development or scripting, including web or tool development, API integration, and customizing platform functionality using JavaScript, Python, and SQL
  • 4 years with requirements gathering, testing, and documentation
  • 2 years with end-to-end SSO integration, enterprise license management, IT security protocols and global software clearance processes
  • 2 years with advanced data analysis and BI solutions using Tableau or Power BI, or platform-native capabilities to track operational efficiency and key performance indicators
  • 2 years in the customization, implementation, and administration of Enterprise Project Management platforms including Smartsheet and ServiceNow

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the design, customization, and administration of SaaS platforms and custom tools to enable superior customer experience and optimize operational efficiency
  • Customize project management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Smartsheet) and develop custom software solutions to optimize operational workflows, automate processes, and enhance user experience across a global landscape
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new tools or enhancements, and conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure tools meet quality standards
  • Provide ongoing maintenance, updates, and technical support
  • Manage Single Sign-On (SSO) integration and license utilization
  • Ensure all developed tools adhere to stringent IT security protocols and global software compliance and clearance processes
  • Create and maintain user manuals, technical documentation, and training materials to support effective tool adoption and functionality
