About The Position
Supports the Surveillance Program Management organization by monitoring and analyzing program cost, schedule, resource, and performance data. The role offers practical experience in program management, earned value management (EVM), schedule analysis, financial forecasting, and data analytics. The Co-Op works closely with Program Managers, PPM Analysts, Finance, Engineering, Operations, and other functional organizations to identify program performance trends, develop actionable insights, and support effective decision-making. This position is a Spring 2027 internship.
Requirements
- Enrollment in an accredited degree program.
- Must have completed freshman year or greater at time of hire.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Nice To Haves
- Prior Co-Op experience is preferred but not required.
