About The Position

Provides support to the Surveillance Program Management organization in monitoring and analyzing program cost, schedule, resource, and performance data. The co-op offers practical experience in program management, earned value management (EVM), schedule analysis, financial forecasting, and data analytics. The position works closely with Program Managers, PPM Analysts, Finance, Engineering, Operations, and other functional organizations to identify program performance trends, develop actionable insights, and support effective decision-making. This is a Summer 2027 internship.

Requirements

• Be enrolled in an accredited degree program.
• Have completed freshman year or greater at the time of hire.
• Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Be willing to learn and take on new challenges.
• Be a U.S. citizen.
• Meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information if selected and subject to a government security investigation.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Prior co-op experience is preferred but not required.
