About The Position
The Program Management Co-Op supports the Surveillance Program Management organization in monitoring and analyzing program cost, schedule, resource, and performance data. The role offers practical experience in program management, earned value management (EVM), schedule analysis, financial forecasting, and data analytics. The Co-Op works with Program Managers, PPM Analysts, Finance, Engineering, Operations, and other functional organizations to identify program performance trends, develop actionable insights, and support effective decision-making. This position is a Summer 2027 internship.
Requirements
- Must be enrolled in an accredited degree program.
- Must have completed freshman year or greater by the time of hire.
- Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Nice To Haves
- Prior Co-Op experience is preferred but not required.
