About The Position

rockITdata is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Analyst to join our team supporting a mission-critical Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) program. This position Runs the PMO battle rhythm and cross-cutting coordination spanning program management, personnel access, and governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of relevant experience
• Ability to obtain a Level 3 Public Trust

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting VA, VHA, DHA, or other Federal healthcare organizations, health IT, telehealth, and Federal program management is preferred
• PMP or CAPM preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage action items, meeting minutes, decision logs, and deliverable review cycles
• Maintain program artifacts, schedules, trackers, briefings, risk registers, issue logs, and dependency logs
• Run personnel clearance, credentialing, badging, onboarding, and access-coordination status reporting and escalation
• Support governance reviews, readiness trackers, and executive status materials
