- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Studies, or related field.

Responsibilities
- Work with Global Operations and Quality (GOQ) Business Operations team to provide data, analysis, and reporting for all organizations across GOQ and drive efficiencies and bringing to AMD top talent.
- Support the GOQ, Business Operations team through synthesizing data and information and presenting to management.
- Review and revision of key training protocols.
- Work with management to clarify and determine procedures to meet management objectives.
- Develop and upgrade automations, software, and systems to reduce manual tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop data pipelines and deploy automations.
- Utilize data analytics to create dashboards and reports developing analytical models that guide management on strategic improvements in different programs.
- Refine and improve utilized software and systems, like SharePoint.
- Work cross functionally to drive and improve key metrics across organizations.
- Automate tracking systems and reporting where applicable.
- Review current systems, metrics, and materials and analyze data and reporting to identify areas for improving efficiencies.
