About The Position

Cherokee Strategic Edge is seeking a highly experienced Senior Foundry Program Analyst to support the Foundry Program Office. The Foundry Program Analyst will have a strong background in conducting analysis, process improvement, and statistical analysis. This role involves supporting process improvement initiatives, identifying areas of risk and improvement, and measuring production, performance, and usage of services and products.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI security Clearance.
  • Minimum eight (8) years of Army Military Intelligence experience, with at least a portion of the experience within the last two (2) years.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Demonstrated experience in Army staffing actions, including OPORD, EXORD, and white paper formulation.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the activities required to meet mission requirements.
  • Mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology.
  • Ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks.
  • Ability to demonstrate in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.
  • Ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions.
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
  • Must be a US Citizen AND an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Track and maintain Active Component (AC) and Reserve Component (RC) individual Foundry-sponsored training, utilization rates of Foundry platforms, and platform operational status.
  • Update Foundry web pages and portals on Unclassified, Secret, and Top Secret systems and maintain and update ATRRS as required
  • Develops, maintains, and / or delivers training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standard.
  • Provides lesson plans / presentations / curricula in support of educational goals and maintains materiel within the assigned educational system (i.e. AGILE, Training Development Capability (TDC), etc.)
  • Reviews emerging policy and doctrine publications, provides feedback, and assesses for incorporation into training products.
  • Develops / maintains training records and tracking systems as required or designated by the Government.
  • Collects and tracks readiness data on Foundry program trainers, student training statistics, training site throughput data, training trends.
  • Coordinates and schedules Foundry monthly and quarterly regularly scheduled training VTCs, events, and other meetings.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
