About The Position

The Program Data Analyst supports program execution within the Aero Systems division by collecting, analyzing, and reporting program data to ensure performance, schedule adherence, and process efficiency. This role partners closely with Program Managers and cross-functional teams to track milestones, identify risks, improve workflows, and communicate actionable insights in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field OR A minimum of 5 years of experience performing similar responsibilities may be substituted in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools, systems, and processes and implement them with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage structured and high-volume data accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency required, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Intermediate level).
  • Ability to work with existing templates and maintain structured reporting processes.
  • Comfortable learning new project management software and internal databases.
  • Excel / Google Sheets: formulas, pivot tables, basic data analysis.
  • PowerPoint / Google Slides: basic presentation creation and professional formatting.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills and a structured way of working and the ability to deal with a volume of complex information.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Capable of managing high-pressure schedules common in the aviation/aerospace industry.

  • Vision: able to see and read computer screen and other electronic equipment with screens, able to read documents, reports and engineering drawings.
  • Hearing: able to hear to participate in conversations in person and via teleconference or phone and to hear sounds on production floor including safety warnings or alarms.
  • Speaking: able to speak in conversations and meetings, deliver information and participate in communications.
  • Equipment Operation (personal computer, telephone, copies, fax machine and related office equipment and using electronic identification card to enter building floors and internal doors): able to operate most office and personal electronic equipment and some tools including production tools such as hydraulic lifts.
  • Carrying: able to carry documents, tools, drawings, electronic equipment up to 30lbs/14kgs.
  • Lifting: able to lift documents, tools, drawings, electronic equipment up to 30lbs/14kgs.
  • Pushing / Pulling: able to push and pull small office furniture and some equipment and tools.
  • Squatting / Kneeling: able to squat or kneel to retrieve or replace items stored on low shelving.
  • Standing: able to stand for discussions in offices or on production floor.
  • Walking (include routine walking such as to a shared printer to retrieve documents): able to walk through office and production areas including uneven surfaces.
  • Steel-toed shoes are required for all shop floor visit, appropriate hearing/eye protection may also be required when visiting the shop floor.

Nice To Haves

  • SAP Experience: Prior exposure to or hands-on experience using SAP software is a significant advantage.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in a corporate or manufacturing environment; aerospace experience strongly preferred.
  • Communication Skills (Spoken, Written, Influencing) Effective verbal and written communication skills. Specifically, in English.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret program data to monitor performance.
  • Create clear, concise reports and visual presentations for internal stakeholders and management.
  • Identify bottlenecks in program workflows and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist Program Managers in tracking milestones, action items, and deliverables to ensure all project phases meet strict aerospace schedules and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure data integrity, consistency, and effective communication across the Aero Systems division.
  • Work with existing Excel templates, apply formulas, run standard and ad hoc reports, and maintain accurate, well-organized documentation.
  • Extract, review, and interpret data from SAP, including non-conformance records, and organize findings effectively in Excel for reporting and analysis.
  • Create and update basic PowerPoint presentations to clearly communicate program status, trends, and data insights.
