About The Position
Program Leaders at Large are experienced ARC team members who step into programs across the Greater South Area when additional support is needed. The role offers opportunities to work with different age groups, program sites, and teams, while supporting programs that need help. The position pays $23 per hour, offers up to 25 hours of work each week, and is scheduled five days a week on a Program Leader schedule, including preparation time. The experience may prepare employees for future leadership opportunities.
