About The Position

Program Leaders at Large are experienced ARC team members who provide support to programs across the region when additional support is needed. They work at different program sites with different teams and age groups, adapting to new environments and stepping in to support program operations. The role offers varied experience and may help prepare employees for future leadership opportunities.

The position pays $23 per hour and offers up to 25 hours of work each week. The schedule is five days a week on a Program Leader schedule, including prep time.

Requirements

• Experienced ARC team member with Program Leader experience.
• Ability to begin work in a new environment and adapt to different teams, sites, and age groups.
• Ability to create engaging programs and manage behaviors.
• Ability to maintain student safety and provide active supervision.
• Ability to build relationships quickly and take initiative.
